A professional routine clean and inspection for wall-mounted split systems.
Ideal for air conditioners that are operating normally and need regular
maintenance to help keep the system clean and performing as it should.
What’s Included
Our technician will carry out routine cleaning and inspection
of the accessible components of your split system.
Remove, clean and refit the indoor unit air filters to remove accumulated dust and debris.
Clean accessible surfaces including the cover, louvres and air outlet areas.
Visually inspect the accessible indoor coil for dust build-up and general condition.
Check accessible drainage components for normal condensate flow and obvious signs of blockage or water issues.
Visual inspection of the outdoor unit, accessible coil condition, airflow and general condition.
Run the system and check basic heating or cooling operation and airflow.
Visual inspection of accessible electrical components for obvious signs of damage or deterioration.
We’ll advise you if we identify anything requiring further cleaning, servicing or repair.

Good to Know
This is a routine general clean and does not include
dismantling the indoor unit, intensive coil or fan cleaning,
chemical treatment, fault diagnosis, repairs or replacement parts.
Additional work, if required, will be discussed separately.
